Job Description Lead end-to-end tendering activities for EPC projects, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, and submission.Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies for competitive bidding.Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to gather inputs for accurate bid preparation.Evaluate project risks, assumptions, and contingencies during tender preparation.Manage pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and client interactions.Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.Review and finalize techno-commercial proposals before submission.Track tender outcomes, competitor analysis, and market trends.Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams post-award.
