Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end tendering activities for EPC projects, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, and submission.
  • Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to gather inputs for accurate bid preparation.
  • Evaluate project risks, assumptions, and contingencies during tender preparation.
  • Manage pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Review and finalize techno-commercial proposals before submission.
  • Track tender outcomes, competitor analysis, and market trends.
  • Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams post-award.
