Lumino Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced AGM – Conductors (Sales) to drive business development and sales growth in the conductors segment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, EPC contractor management, and institutional sales, along with strong industry connections in the power and infrastructure sectors

  • Drive B2B sales growth for the company’s conductor product portfolio.
  • Manage and develop business with EPC contractors, utilities, government institutions, and large industrial clients.
  • Promote and sell Copper Conductors and Aluminium Conductors across infrastructure, power transmission, and industrial projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the conductors segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project discussions, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports to senior management.
