Job Description

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Act as the Labour Welfare Officer for the factory and manage employee welfare programs.

• Maintain liaison with government authorities, labour departments, and regulatory bodies.

• Handle industrial relations matters, including worker grievances and dispute resolution.

• Monitor implementation of labour welfare schemes, safety initiatives, and workplace policies.

• Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation related to labour laws.

• Coordinate with HR and factory management on employee welfare, discipline, and compliance matters.

• Conduct awareness sessions and communication with workers regarding welfare policies and statutory benefits.

• Assist management in audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
