Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic B2B sales and marketing plans to drive business growth in domestic markets.

• Lead sales initiatives for Power Cables, Instrumentation Cables, and Control Cables, Solar Cables across key industry segments.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with EPC contractors, OEMs, infrastructure companies, utilities, and industrial clients.

• Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and channel partner network.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective strategies.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
