• Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and channel partner network.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to formulate effective strategies.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
