Job Description

  • Formulating strategies for increasing profitability & revenue generation, achieving organizational objectives, conceptualizing & implementing plans/objectives in alignment with vision & ensuring performance parameters .
  • Leading complete sales operations including projection of annual sales, tracking of sales performance, rolling out key sales & distribution objectives, increasing product availability and visibility across the region. Overseeing sales of switch gears, wires, Cables Products across India, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
  • Develop and execute brand promotion strategy in general trade and modern format across markets through in shop activities and by participating in trade fairs, leveraging festivals through brand promotion campaign, outdoor advertising etc.
  • Providing direction, motivation and training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities & areas for expansion.
